Shipping Policy

Shipping (Continental U.S.)

·      In stock orders normally ship within 24 hours.

·      Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.

·      If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.

·      Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.

·      Due to high costs, we do not ship overnight.

·      Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in some circumstances without notice.

·      In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.

·      We do not ship COD orders.

·      We reserve the right to repackage items in the manner we deem fit. This means some items will arrive without their factory part label/packaging on a rare occasion.

·      For your protection, all orders over $200 automatically have a signature requirement put on the shipment. This ensures the order is not left exposed to potential theft and that your items ordered get into your possession.

International Shipping (Outside of the Continental U.S.)

·      We currently do not ship outside of the continental U.S, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.

·      We are familiar with the function of freight-forwarding companies and are not responsible for any mishandling of shipments by those companies. 

LTL Shipping (Over-Sized/Over-weight Shipping)

·      Examples of an over-sized/over-weight  parts are bumper fascias, doors, transmissions, and engine cradles.

·      We currently do not offer LTL shipping.

Pick-up

·      Orders must still be placed online. Prices shown online are not valid in-store.

·      Pick-up location/address will be sent in an email once your order is ready.

·      Please do not arrive prior to receiving an email from us confirming your order is ready. Orders are prioritized and processed in the order in which they're received. Additionally, some parts may need to be ordered, are on backorder, or discontinued.

·      Certain items are deemed HazMat (airbags, seat belts, etc) assess a $25 fee by default. This will be removed prior to finalizing payment.
